I'm Brad Merrell, founder of Trainr Fitness, with over 10 years of experience helping clients transform their bodies, improve movement quality, and perform at a higher level. My background as an Army combat veteran, former four-sport athlete, and highly experienced coach has shaped a results-driven approach built on discipline, precision, and individualized strategy.
A large part of my experience has come from working with busy professionals in Los Angeles, including numerous TV and film executives with demanding schedules and very limited time. Working with high-level clients in that environment has given me a deep understanding of how to produce results under real-life pressure. I know how to build efficient, focused training and nutrition plans that fit into intense schedules without sacrificing effectiveness.
My specialties include strength training, fat loss, biomechanics, human movement, musculoskeletal assessment, and corrective exercise. Rather than relying on cookie-cutter programming, I take a personalized approach that helps clients understand their body, address limitations, and train with purpose.
